1. Subscription — Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis, in advance, on a recurring monthly or annual Billing Cycle depending on the plan you select. At the end of each Billing Cycle your Subscription automatically renews under the same conditions unless you cancel it (via your account management page or by contacting support) or Rukbe Tech Inc cancels it. A valid payment method (credit card or PayPal) is required; by submitting payment information you authorize Rukbe Tech Inc to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account. Should automatic billing fail, Rukbe Tech Inc will issue an electronic invoice with a deadline for manual payment.

2. Fee Changes — Rukbe Tech Inc may modify Subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will give you reasonable prior notice so you can terminate before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes agreement to the new fee.

3. Refunds — Refund requests may be considered case by case and granted at the sole discretion of Rukbe Tech Inc.

4. Other considerations — You must follow the policies made available within the Services and use them only as permitted by law. Rukbe Tech Inc may suspend or stop providing Services if you don't comply with the terms or policies. Using the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the content you access. You may link to, reprint, republish, or distribute Rukbe Tech Inc content if you keep our logo or a link to Rukbe Tech Inc; we are not responsible for the content you use. Rukbe Tech Inc may update functionality or suspend the Services at any time, and you can stop using them at any time. The Services are provided "as is" — Rukbe Tech Inc makes no promises about content, specific functions, reliability, or availability, and will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, data, or financial losses.
